
General Booking Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy - Private Ceremonies
A deposit of €70 is required to secure a private ceremony on your chosen date. This will be deducted from the full private ceremony fee of €150.
Your requested ceremony date will be held for 24 hours without a deposit. If your deposit is not received within that time, your date may be released to other clients.
If you cancel your appointment more than 5 days before the scheduled date, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to another date.
If you cancel your appointment between 3 and 5 days before the scheduled date, your deposit will not be refunded but can be transferred to another date.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your ceremony, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, unless a client on the waitlist can take your place.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Cancellation policy - Group Ceremonies (open and private)
Open group ceremonies are accessible by invitation, anyone is welcome to request a place.
Private group ceremonies are arranged for a specific group of people. For example, you and your partner and/or friends. The group will be limited to these participants.
A deposit of €50 is required to secure your spot at an open group ceremony. This will be deducted from the full group ceremony price of €100.
If you are organising a closed group ceremony, a €50 deposit is required from each participant. Your requested ceremony date will be held for 48 hours in order to allow time for participants to provide their deposits. If all deposits are not received within 48 hours, your date may be released to other clients.
If booking a place at multiple open group ceremonies, or arranging several closed group ceremonies, a deposit per person, per ceremony date is required.
If you cancel your place at a group ceremony or choose a different ceremony date up to five days before the ceremony, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to the new date.
If you cancel your place at a group ceremony or choose a different ceremony date between 3 and 5 days before the scheduled date, your deposit is transferable to another date.
If you cancel your place at a group ceremony or choose a different ceremony date within 48 hours of your ceremony, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, unless a client on the waitlist can take your place.
In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule either a private or group ceremony, all deposits will be returned, unless you choose to transfer it to another ceremony date. I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
